Holy Week is quickly approaching and we invite you to come and celebrate with us at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church. Here is the schedule for Holy Week: - Sunday, March 20th is Palm Sunday. Come join us at the 9:30 AM service as we wave the palm branches to welcome Jesus.
- Thursday, March 24th we will hold a Maundy Thursday service at 7 PM, celebrating the Last Supper with our Lord.
- Friday, March 25th will be a 7 PM Good Friday Service. In addition, the church will be open for quiet contemplation from noon until 3PM, marking the hours that Jesus was on the cross.
- Sunday, March 27th at 7 AM we will be hosting an early morning worship service in our Memorial Garden and we invite everyone to come join us as we celebrate our risen Lord. Following the service will be a breakfast in our Fellowship Hall and we hope you’ll join us then.
- Easter Sunday continues with our regular worship at 9:30 AM where we will sing songs of joy and celebration. The night of mourning is over, and the time of joy in the risen Lord has come! Hallelujah!!
We invite everyone to come to any and all of these opportunities to worship and celebrate the joy that has come to pass. Our Living Lord has risen from the dead and reigns forever!
